Refund Policy: The Nonexistent Fine Print

This might be the shortest refund policy you’ll ever read. BX9.com doesn’t charge for anything—so, naturally, we don’t offer refunds. If you’re unsatisfied with the price of admission (which is zero), well… we really can’t help you there.

That said, if we ever do start selling something (unlikely, but never say never), we’ll make sure any refund terms are clear, fair, and painfully easy to understand. No hidden clauses, no hoops to jump through.

If your request involves a refund for something outside of BX9.com (like that overpriced espresso you regret ordering), you’re barking up the wrong tree. We’re idea people, not customer service reps.
